1. Listen to a favorite, upbeat song.  Loudly.
  2. Sing that favorite, upbeat song.  Loudly.
  3. Imagine you are in the front row at a concert with that band playing your favorite, upbeat song after you were already feeling exhilarated from their last song.
  4. Smile for 30 seconds as big as you can.
  5. Smile in front of a mirror as big as you can.
  6. Stand tall and proud, as if you just accomplished your entire to-do list.
  7. Clap loud and hard.
  8. Snap your fingers (from our conditioning exercise).
  9. Close your eyes and think of all of the people that had to work so hard to get you to even exist here, in this moment.
  10. Thank whatever higher power you believe in (even it is simply luck) for three things that you overlook on a daily basis (EG: chairs, heaters or air conditioners, highways, noodles, pens, etc.)
  11. High five at least three people.
  12. Scream out “Yes!” five times.
  13. Let someone you are close to know that you love them.
  14. Pick one goal and take a massive step towards its achievement.

  19. Ask yourself a better question.  (What can I do to feel even more vibrant right now?)
  20. Imagine a dial that goes to 5.  Think of where you are at right now in regards to your energy.  Now imagine turning that dial to 5.  Then realize you can turn it around and around and hit level 10, 20, 30…
  21. Realize that just about every limitation we believe we have is a perceived limitation.  It is an illusion.  It is not real.  Ask yourself, “If I didn’t believe that limitation existed, what would I do?”  Then do it.
  22. Feel the blood pulse through your left ear.  Then your right.  Then feel it in your toes.  Now throughout your body.  Now think about what you needed to do to get a working heart and flowing blood.  Nothing.  This life was a gift.  Now think about how you will spend your life to show appreciation for the life you have been given.
  23. Help someone else feel vibrant.
